Shipping, Warranty, and Return
Policy
Shipping Policy:
All
packages are shipped via FEDEX ground services. Please
allow 3 to 5 days for delivery. All orders
of less than $100.00 will have an $ 8.95 handling
fee. All orders above $ 100.00 will have
no handling fee. All product pricing includes
freight to 48 continuous states (call for Alaska,
Hawaii, and Islands).
Residential
deliveries for large items (above ground pools,
tanning beds, spas, billiard tables, bulk chemicals,
etc.) will arrive via freight carrier. Your
residence or business must be accessible by tractor
trailer. All freight charges are prepaid
by Pool and Spa Factory Direct.com. You will
not have any additional freight charges to pay
at time of delivery. Freight charges are
for the transport of goods to your curbside. The
Freight Company is NOT responsible for unloading
the truck or moving your product to your residence. It
is the CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY to unload the truck
and move product to your desired location. The
freight company will call to make an appointment
before making your delivery. You will need
2 to 6 people to unload your freight depending
on the item ordered. Lift gate service is
available for a fee of $75.00 ordered at time of
purchase. Once your products have been unloaded,
inspect all packages for signs of damaged or pieces
missing. If there is any damage or pieces
missing, then note on drivers delivery receipt. If
all packages are received in good condition and
quantity, then sign the driver’s delivery
receipt. The driver will help you fill out
the delivery receipt. The original copy will
be kept by the driver and a copy will be given
to you. Any missing or incorrect items must
be reported within 10 calendar days from delivery
date. It is the buyer’s responsibility
to inspect product and make sure nothing is missing
or damaged. If any item is missing or damaged,
then replacement parts will be sent FEDEX ground
services or freight carrier (whichever is applicable).
Return Policy:
Returns
will be accepted up to 10 calendar days after the
buyer signs for delivery. The buyer must
arrange shipping back to Pool and Spa Factory Direct.com
and pay all applicable shipping charges to and
from Pool and Spa Factory Direct.com. All
returned merchandise is subject to a 15-25% restocking
fee due to depreciation. The customer must
call first before returning product to obtain a
Return Authorization number (RA#).
Warranty Policy:
Warranties
are provided via the product manufacturer. Warranty
paperwork is included with each product. Please
remove and file warranty paperwork for future reference.
